Q.  What is included in the price of a course? 

A.  All tools & course materials, Including unlimited amounts of free tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits.

Q.  What should I wear? 

A.  Please wear sensible preferably old clothes bearing in mind courses take place in a workshop environment.  Moreover,  for Health & Safety reasons we would ask that you refrain form wearing open toe shoes, sandals or flip flops.   If you have long hair this would need to be tied back.  Also if you wear glasses please bring them with you, as we do lots of close up work that you may need them for.

 

Q.   Are there any age restrictions?   

A.  Anyone aged 16 and over can attend the courses independently.  Students aged 13-16 can attend only with an adult who is also booked onto the course.  If you wish to attend with anyone under the age of 16 please contact me prior to booking to discuss the suitability of the course you wish to book. 

Q.  Is there parking on site?

A. There is plenty of parking situated in and around the building, making it convenient for day, evening and weekend courses.


Q.  Do I need to bring anything else?

A.  For longer courses please feel free to bring your own pack lunch to eat.


Q.  Can I purchase additional materials to make more items on the day of the course.

A.  Additional materials can usually be purchased for all courses,  if you wish to make extra pieces on the course and time permits 


Terms & Conditions:

  • Our courses are very interactive and continued support is offered throughout the length of the course, whilst at the same time allowing students to work independently.


  • The classes are kept very small with a maximum of 4 - 6 students.  This ensures you get all the help and support you need to produce some lovely jewellery.


  • The minimum age to attend is 13  All  under 16 year olds must be accompanied by a paying adult.

            There is no maximum age limit.


  • For a course to run, a minimum of 2 students is required.


  • Our courses run between 2.5 - 5 hours each week, however, on the odd occasion can slightly overrun to enable students to complete the piece of jewellery they are working on.


Our Cancellation Policy:


  • In the unlikely event a course you are booked  needs to be cancelled, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer you the cholce of either a full refund or offer you a place on an alternative course. 


  • If a student wishes to cancel or is unable to attend a booked course for whatever reason -  A refund will only be offered if we are able to fill the space on the course.  (Please note any refunds given will be less any fees we incurred through the payment clearing process.)  If however, we cannot fill the space no refund will be given.  


  • For students booked onto a  weekly course who are unable to attend any of the days,  we will do our best to transfer you to a different class within the same week.   However, if there are no available spaces,  we regret we are unable to transfer your fees or provide a refund for any missed weeks.
